Services
Due to the customized nature of our services, it is necessary to review your artwork (embroidery digitizing or vectorization services). This review includes, but is not limited to, checking spelling, colors, print quality, and placement. You are obligated to review all designs and check for errors of any kind before proceeding with the production process. The first sew-out or vectorization test should be conducted before finalizing the digitizing or vectorization process. Please review with care. Horizon Embroidery shall not be responsible for any damages, inconsistencies, and/or inaccuracies to the garment or vectorized file. The use of national logos is also subject to license or permission from the customers. Horizon Embroidery shall not be held accountable for any misuse of any logo, vectorized, and/or digitized design.

Return, Refund, or Exchange Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, in most cases, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee once we evaluate and concur with your reason as valid.
Shipping or Delivery
All orders, whether vectorized or digitized files, will be electronically delivered, i.e., emailed to the customer’s provided email address and will not be physically posted to any postal address.
